Sony Reflections From Uyuni is a promotional video, in Ultra-HD, for Sony 4K TVs. Salar de Uyuni is the biggest salt flat in the world. These are dried-up desert lakes that developed in closed hollows where rainfall cannot drain it away. In this type of desert, the water is warmed and it dissolves into vapour quicker than the rain replenishes it. The solid layer left behind are the minerals and salt dissolved in the water.
